Recipe: How to make Zucchini Fritters.

Today I am going to make some delicious zucchini fritters, these are absolutely delicious as I came up with a recipe that is full of flavor. This recipe is going to be so light and refreshing that you are going to want to make it all winter.

List of ingredients

2-3 medium sized zucchinis
½ cup of parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves
2 eggs
½ cup of flour
¼ cup of fresh mint
¾ tablespoons of salt
½ tablespoons of baking powder

First, I am going to get started with the zucchinis, I am going to grade the zucchinis as you may want them to be kind of ribbony so make some really long graded strides.

After I graded all my zucchinis I am going to add half a teaspoon of salt in here, the salt is going to extract all of the liquid out of the zucchini and make less soggy for the fritters so make sure you give it a nice stir. You are going to be amazed by how much water comes out of the zucchini bowl, while we are waiting for the zucchinis to dry we are going to go ahead and prepare everything else.
