  • Not eating enough

There are several people who train on an empty stomach, thinking that it will help in reducing fat. However, what they do not know is that training on an empty stomach will lead to the burning down of fat reserves. This eventually will cause low sugar conditions or dizziness. It is always best to have a small and easily digestible meal comprising of carbohydrates about half an hour before you work out.

  • Working out too much

There are several people who work out too much because they think that the more time they spend working out, the better their bodies would become. However, this is quite far from the truth. Too much of work out can lead to emotional stress, joint pains and fatigue. If you feel that you are exhausted after a workout, instead of feeling energetic, rework on your work out plan.

  • Too much of protein intake

Too much of protein intake can be detrimental to your health. With too much of protein intake, there could be accumulation and consequent effects on your kidneys. The prescribed amount of protein intake, even for body builders, by nutritionists is around 1.7 gm per pound of body weight. This again is the maximum you can take if you are training really hard. If your training is on the moderate side, you would want to keep this intake somewhere around 0.8 to 1 gm.

  • Working with excessive weights

There are several people who work with excessive weights with the idea that this will give them a better body. However, the truth is that you should always have full control over the weight you are lifting at all points of time. For those who are into this practice, lifting excessive weights can result in bad form and also create health issues for you.

Keeping these few points in mind, design a work out strategy that delivers the best to you. You can also look at medications that offer many benefits for bodybuilders to build a strong and muscular body safely.
