Removing Dead Skin
Sitting under air conditioner for long hours can lead to drying up the skin. This will make your skin look dull. In order to treat this you must exfoliate your skin for at least one time in a week.
Use a sugar and salt scrub as they are the best skin exfoliating agents. Make a scrub of your own by using either 1/4th cup of sugar or salt in a bowl. Add little olive oil into this and mix the solution well. Rub it thoroughly on your skin to remove dead skin cells. Wipe it off completely when done.
Make Your Skin Glow
Extract juice out of tomato or an orange. Mix it well with two spoons of curd. Use this mixture to massage on your skin. Make sure that you make movements in the upward direction. Let it stay for 10-15 minutes to allow it to dry. After this rinse it off with normal tap water and wipe dry.
Prepare some cabbage juice. Apply it on your face and allow it to dry. When it dries up completely rinse it off with water and wipe it to make it dry. This treatment will not only prevent wrinkles from occurring but will also tighten skin.
Treat Dark Circles
Soak tea bags in water to make them moist. Keep them on the affected areas. Use green tea or chamomile bags for great effects. Green tea and chamomile tea bags are highly rich in nutrients.
Are you missing a weekend party as you are worried about the puffiness in eyes. There is no need to worry any longer once you use this quick fix. Take a spoon and keep it in the freezer for 30-45 minutes. After this place it on your eyes and relax for a while. After a while you will notice a visible shrinking of your puffed up eyes.
Have Luscious lips
Lips are much more sensitive as compared to the skin on rest of the body. If you want luscious lips prepare a mixture of sesame, Shea butter or almond oil with little beeswax and apply it on your lips.
Make Your Lips Fuller
Rub a paste of cream, honey and rose petals on your lips for 10-15 minutes. This will help in getting rid of the dead skin and make your lips bright red and fuller.
Hot oil Massage
Use hot oil to massage your scalp thoroughly. For healthy hair use either olive or coconut oil. You can preferably do this on weekends. Massage during night and accompany it with the application of a solution of vinegar with lime juice next morning. Rinse it off completely for smooth and shiny hair.
Use either only the yellow part of egg or a solution of three egg yolks, 2-3 drops of Vitamin E and one tablespoon of olive oil to massage your hair. Let it stay for at least 10 minutes and then rinse it off thoroughly by shampooing your hair. Do this at least one time in a week to condition and soften your hair.
Soak a cotton ball into lemon juice and gently rub it on your nails. Let it stay for at least 10 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water. You will achieve a clean texture due to the citric acid present in lemon juice.
Make Your Hands Baby Soft
Prepare a thick solution of rum, powdered nutmeg, milk and ½ cup of sugar. Soak your hands into this mixture. Also rub the solution on your hands to remove dead skin. After this wash your hands with hot water and dry them using a towel.
After bathing apply some coconut oil on your hands. Wipe off the excess oil using a towel and let the remaining oil get completely absorbed. Relax for a while after this. In case you don’t like coconut oil then you can also use any other oil of your preference.
Soothe Sore Feet
Take a big bowl and fill it with warm water. To this add ½ cup of oatmeal and 4-5 drops of olive oil. Put your feet in this bowl for a while. Doing this soothe your sore feet and soften the dried skin.
Getting Rid of Dry Skin
Use a pumice stone treatment on your feet. It is the simplest technique of removing dead skin. Follow the treatment to soothe sore feet first as it will soften your skin and make it ready for pumice stone treatment.
Simply rub the pumice stone making circular motions on your heels. Doing this will make your feet soft and allow the moisture to penetrate.
